Raymond Zar is the CEO of Roehampton Capital - a highly respected real estate private equity firm that has attracted capital from all five of Canada’s largest banks.
Prior to Roehampton Capital, Raymond served as the Chief Operating Officer of Skyline Investments - a billion-dollar publicly-traded company with assets across 18 cities in North America and over 2,000 employees. During his tenure, Skyline’s stock price doubled in value, and it won the Deloitte Best Managed Companies award.

Raymond is the past winner of the PROFIT500 award and was invited to join the coveted Forbes Business Council as a member and contributor. In addition to Forbes, he regularly publishes opinion pieces on Medium and engages in vigorous open debate on politics, history and economics.
Raymond graduated with a Master of Business Administration degree from Ivey Business School at Western University.
Raised in Canada, Raymond has lived in the United States, Germany and travelled extensively throughout the world but continues to call Toronto’s Lawrence Park his home.
